What will you be doing? Accounting Clerk position available. This role incorporates all accounting aspects of accounting/data entry including, accounting reconciliations, A/R, A/P, bank deposits, credit card expenses, credit card and bank reconciliations for a corporate client.
Summary:
The Accounting Clerk is a hands-on accounting professional with proven problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Position is responsible for all aspects of an accounting/data entry clerk and direct interaction with company management.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Bank Deposits
• Entering credit card expenses
• Reconciliations for accounts, credit cards and bank
• Filing
• Scanning
• Answering and sending emails
• Answering and returning phone calls

Requirements:

• Associates degree in accounting a plus not a requirement
• 1-3 years’ experience with accounting
• Excellent computer & System skills
• Ability to work independently
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to improve and streamline processes
