Our client, a prominent Keene company, is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This position is a direct hire opportunity offering $90-$110k/year and will have you working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Your duties/responsibilities as the Human Resources Manager:

• Develop/implement HR strategy and supporting policies/processes
• Ensure cost effective HR best practices and policy compliance
• Coach/mentor managers and oversee employee performance and succession planning
• Provide employee training/development
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure recruiting activities meet corporate goals
• Produce high performing employee teams
• Manage compensation and benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with Federal/State employment regulations
• Develop strategies to maintain union free workplace
• Special projects as assigned

Your qualifications for the Human Resources Manager position:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business, or related field, Master’s Degree preferred
• 10+ years HR management experience
• SHRM-CP certification a plus
• HR experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Familiarity and understanding of state and federal employment laws
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadline with multiple shifting priorities
