Responsibilities:

• Serve as principle liaison to business and functional leaders regarding online Retail sales
• Collaborate with sales, program management, marketing and creative team to align campaigns with existing and new digital content to simplify and enhance customer shopping experience in order to achieve sales goals and targets
• Develop team strategy to organize, manage and create online content and web assets across retail channel partners
• Initiate data quality audits and develop action plans based off findings to improve item performance and reduce return rates
• Monitor and report online sales results while managing digital brand integrity
• Establish, manage and evaluate user / web traffic metrics and return on company investment in digital initiatives
• Research and develop new digital approaches to meet sales and communication objectives
• Lead internal initiatives with IT relating to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), web development, mobile, social media and analytics

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years comparable business experience in sales, marketing or program management.
• Experience with Content Management Systems is preferable.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
