Position/Title: 3rd shift roadside dispatcher representative

Summary: The Mccool roadside dispatch representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and roadside service dispatch. Dispatch representative will be instrumental in creating an environment of service excellence that transcends service levels commonly experienced in the industry. Fast paste, high service environment for a business is conducted with integrity and in a positive, respectful, and timely manner.

Education and/or experience (includes certifications or licenses needed):

• Provides the highest Quality customer experience exceeds expectations of internal and X ternal customers by handling all questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.

• Utilize proprietary and non-proprietary software to dispatch, track, And follow up on roadside service calls for McCool roadside customer via retail sales as well as national accounts.

• Creativity solves customer issues and provides resolution to the customer satisfaction.

• Escalates issues as needed to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $21.00 per hour
