McDonald’s Meats, Inc Hiring for Sanitation Operations Associate – Part Time Job at Clear Lake, MN Part Time

We are looking for a motivated person to join our team. This job’s starting wage is $15 per hour. You can earn up to 3 raises in the first year depending upon your performance. This is a part-time position. This job is minimally supervised. Potential candidates must be able to meet all sanitation standards efficiently without direct supervision. This is NOT a seasonal or short-term position. Candidates with only seasonal availability will not be considered.

HOURS:

Part-time Monday through Friday – 2 pm to approximately 7 pm (shift ends when all work completed). This position can vary starting time anywhere from 1 to 3 pm depending upon the applicant’s choice. Later starting time would mean a later finish time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good organization skills
• Must be able to work efficiently without supervision
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on a regular basis
• Standing for long periods of time
• Repetitive motion with hand and arms
• Use of various cleaning chemicals
• Compliance with personal hygiene regulations of the Minnesota Food Code

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Washing of hands/arms multiple times daily per industry health standards
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment
• Cleaning and sanitizing of work spaces and equipment according to industry health standards. Work spaces include all areas of a meat processing facility that processes all types of meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, wild game, waterfowl, and others)
• Complete all applicable sanitation paperwork
• Assist with various jobs in other departments as needed
