General Description:

This position will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and will be responsible for holistic B2B marketing and business management to help grow the Branded Professional business unit. This business unit is dedicated to developing and selling insect control solutions to professional pest control providers such as Orkin, who service residential and commercial customers.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Execute and coordinate medium-scale, multichannel marketing communications and promotion efforts to pest management professionals, strategic customers and distributors.
• Identify customer trends and competitive offerings to inform marketing communications strategies and programs in collaboration with marketing lead, sales and technical teams.
• Liaise with agency partners to create deliverables in line with strategic goals and brand standards
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to maintain comprehensive marketing communications calendar
• Assist with event participation and management
• Support sales and technical team with development of sales materials, such as customer presentations, sell sheets and technical summaries
• Help develop, execute and monitor marketing communications programs to support the organization’s products, services and market sectors.
• Use general knowledge to create graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint and similar visual impressions.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of demonstrated success in marketing (B2B preferred)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, email campaigns and website development
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Basic Graphic Design Skills preferred (Adobe In-Design)
