The Senior Accountant position will be responsible for financial reporting, account reconciliations for multiple entities. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in the design, development and improvements of financial reports. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 4+ years of previous job experience in Accounting.

Experience in the following areas would be a plus:

• General Ledger
• Balance sheet account reconciliations
• Monthly, Quarterly and Year end accounting closure
• Project Management
• Small business accounting
• Property management
• Strong Analytical capabilities
• Ad hoc reporting and performing special projects upon request
• Previous supervisory experience
