JOB SUMMARY:

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will function as the human resource liaison to assigned departments and affiliated medical practices. Candidate must have a minimum of (5) five years’ experience successfully operating in an HR shared service model. Candidate must have demonstrated experience primarily in Employee Relations, policy development including interpretation and implementation of those policies, must have a demonstrated working knowledge of employee laws such as FMLA, ADA, Title VII (of the Civil Rights Act), FLSA, etc. Must have demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to make presentations to various levels of an organization. Additionally, the ideal candidate will function as a back-up to the HRIS function which includes knowledge and experience using Dayforce or other HCM system such WorkDay, ADP Vantage HCM, etc. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

SHIFT AND SCHEDULE:

Full Time: M-F 8:00AM – 5:00PM

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist within a similar size healthcare organization.
• BS or BBA degree in business, human resource organization development strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• SHRM HR certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience in multiple HR disciplines including but not limited to: Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Recruitment and HR Technology, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Employee Engagement, Workforce Management, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Risk Management, Employment Law.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of general HR practices, strategy and technology. Remains current on relevant laws, legal rulings and regulations.
• Healthcare experience and human resource certification(s) is preferred.
• Healthcare experience in Accreditation is a plus.

• Utilizes core business and HR-specific technologies to solve business challenges.
• Strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
