FT Office Clerk / FT Service Desk (Pittsburgh) compensation: Negotiable based on experience Full Time Benefits after probation Requirements and Responsibilities For Customer Service Desk Clerk – Grocery Store Responsible for assisting patrons at the customer service desk within a grocery store. Initiates returns, resolves customer issues or escalates complaints to management as appropriate. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision of Office Manager and Store Managers. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Will be trained to run Cash Register, Western Union and Lottery Machine

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour
