Lab Service Assistant – Specimen Collector
Entry Level Medical Assistant Position- Lab Service Assistant-

Medical interest is a Plus – Not Required

Schedule: Monday – Friday 12 hours per week, three different locations. Afternoon availability required.
May drive between multiple locations, Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed

The LSA is responsible for collection of urine and oral fluid specimens, completing accurate test requisition forms, specimen packing and shipping, ordering lab supplies and communicating with the laboratory, office and LSA leadership for questions or issues.

• Training and development experience
• Able to maintain a home office
• Clean driving record
• Ability to travel within the territory to service and visit existing Millennium customers
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in computer skills e.g. Microsoft Outlook
• High energy level
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to develop understanding of Millennium products and services
