Seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an effective professional to act as a liaison between internal departments, clients, outside vendors, sub-contractors, and installers as it pertains to coordinating project completion.

• 3+ years using AutoCAD in the architectural millwork field.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable in architectural millwork and casework production methods and fabrication techniques.
• Review architectural drawings and subsequent shop drawings prior to submittal for approval.
• Review drawings with the general contractors to verify all dimensions prior to fabrication.
• Generating change orders to include specification additions and revenue/ cost impact
• Enter and/or oversee all initial hours and costs into the data tracking system. Ensure that projects are executed and completed to customer specifications, on time, and on budget
