Who Are We Looking For?

Mobiz seeks to add an Accounting Clerk to the team. The candidate will be enthusiastic, a self-starter, and motivated. The Accounting Clerk will provide diverse skills by supporting various processes within the Accounting Department. This position can consist of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing functions, and general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable
• Process and enter vendor invoices/credits, and other various supporting documentation

• Generate payments
• Accounts Receivable
• Process & enter customer payments (cash, checks, credit card batch transactions, credit card payments over the phone, ACH, Wire, etc.), and various transactions
• Process delivery documents, customer invoices & credits
• Reports, research, and discrepancy resolution

• Data entry
• Answer phone calls from customers, vendors, & team members
• Assists with Procurement
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• AS/BA degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in AP/AR preferred.
