About the job

The Fulfillment Team Lead will oversee the direct fulfillment processes, including Order Processing, Pick and Pack, Quality Control and Material Handling. The lead will perform a variety of duties related to the daily preparation, packaging, order closeout and shipping of customer orders.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure inventory movements support the day-to-day processing of customer orders.
• Support the data tracking for all fulfillment KPIs, monthly, quarterly and annual Fulfillment reports.
• Support inventory management for fulfillment warehouse, including all warehouse transactions and quarterly cycle counts.
• Conduct shift meetings and facilitate continuous improvement environment.
• Circulate throughout the department as needed to help resolve problems, identify improvement opportunities and maintain effective employee and co-worker relations.
• Provide ongoing training to the Fulfillment team.
• Work with the Fulfillment Manager escalating department needs to support the success of the day-to-day fulfillment operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and experience we would like to see

Graduation from high school; plus, one (1) year of specialized training in Fulfillment, MRP, Warehousing or a related field provided through professional workshops, seminars, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of warehouse software application packages and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Hands-on dedication to staff training and championing new ideas.
• Proven experience in coordinating and leading a team.
