Care is difficult to access and the delivery model must be reinvented to provide early access to families. 1 in 44 children [CDC, 2021] is diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. We are looking for driven, innovative, patient-focused individuals to join our team as we reinvent the care and tools available to neurodiverse families.

• Hours outside of normal business hours, on irregular occasions

Executive Assistant at Montera Health:

As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will work directly with our senior leadership to supercharge our ability to drive change into the world. You will support both professional and personal lives and will help them thrive in both. This role is 100% remote and you will be able to work from anywhere in the world provided you are able to meet during normal business hours (east coast).

What you’ll do:

• Proactively coordinate and manage meeting scheduling and agendas
• Arrange and execute logistics of meetings and other teamwork
• Assist with assignments/projects as requested
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
• Partner and network with other administrative assistants to collaborate, obtain information, get things done, and solve problems
• Anticipate needs and plan/coordinate for future needs
• Maintain sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

What you bring: (requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare organization providing executive support preferred
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technically savvy and proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities

What we offer: Market rate salary ($55k-70k)
