The main responsibilities include processing accounts receivable, assist with accounts payable, maintaining the General Ledger & asset schedules, bank reconciliation, reconciling payroll for posting and assisting with the annual audit.Process and manage receivables, ensuring appropriate support for GL entriesRecord ACH credits and debits, post deposits, process ACH transfersPost investment activity, bank reconciliation and research account discrepanciesGeneral Ledger postings and review for accuracyMaintain asset depreciation schedule, prepare and record journal entriesPrepare budget reports and research accounting dataAssist with internal and external customers and invoices Assist with annual audit, special projects and monthly billingOther duties as requested by supervisor or senior leadership staff.
