NEWPRO Home Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to add to our growing marketing team! Do you love data? Are you curious about trends and consumer behaviors? We are looking for a data guru to play an intricate role in lead attribution and budget allocation to support our goal of acquiring new customers in the New England area. This team member will work with the Director of Marketing to optimize our marketing budget as we target our multiple, omnichannel campaigns across all of our market segments (PHEW, THAT’S A MOUTH FULL!). We have a variety of tools and integrated platforms that will be at your disposal to gather, compare, and interpret data, trends, and to ultimately develop a plan of action with the rest of your team members.

We know finding the data is half the battle – but that’s where we differ! We HAVE the data, and we have tons of it.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
• Measure ROI of digital and traditional advertising campaigns
• Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and digital traffic
• Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
• Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
• Research and implement marketing tools and platforms to benefit marketing and call center campaigns
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition

Role Requirements:

• Strong Proficiency in salesforce or comparable CRM platform
• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role in a B2C environment
• Strong Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau visualizations experience
• Translating data and trends visually to stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and/or success
• Strong Excel Proficiency

Kudos if you have:

• Expertise in Google Analytics
• Understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practice

Best-In-Industry Compensation Package:

• $70,000-$75,000 annually
