The Engineer responsibilities include programming, documenting, testing, debugging, and participating in agile development activities to include sprint planning, working in a team environment, participating in standups, and other agile practices. The Software Engineer will participate in design meetings with the customer, evaluate feasibility of implementing features, and breaking down complicated features into tasks that can be distributed to other developers within the team. The developer shall strive to improve themselves, the team as a whole, and the development process through daily teamwork, communication, idea-sharing, collaboration and problem-solving.

The Software Engineer will be expected to work various client programs.

Client Engagement: · Learn about the Noblis business development lifecycle, processes, tools, and account structure · Contribute specialized domain or technical content to proposal sections or client white papers · Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Software Development
• Excellent understanding of the Agile process
• Programming experience in some of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Database experience with some of the following products: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• Excellent understanding of software testing and quality assurance best practices
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Basic understanding of and experience working with AWS or other Cloud Service Providers
• Communication and Interpersonal:
  • Prepare and/or contribute to technical reports, memos, analyses and briefings. Plan and manage assigned deliverables; Support meetings, inter-team communication, and issue resolution with the client and internal/project stakeholder groups
• Ability to support multiple projects
• Knowledge of Representational State Transfer (REST) architecture, GraphQL, or other related web API design patterns
• Knowledge of the python web framework stacks like FastAPI, Falcon, Flask, Django, SQLAlchemy, Alembic
• Abilitiy to learn and work on different parts of a software stack

• Top Secret w/ Polygraph
• Experience with front-end frameworks like: Vue, React, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Gitlab or equivalent Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment Pipelines
