Operations Manager
Nomi Health Hiring for Vice President of Operations Job at Miami, FL Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Operating Officer in cultivating relationships with new prospective clients across the USA for testing and immunization programs
- Work alongside the other leadership teams to establish, cultivate and maintain strong long-term relationships with cities and healthcare organizations, identifying, developing, and implementing marketing and outreach plans, presentations and strategies designed to grow the partnerships between partners and Nomi Health.
- Work across the organization to manage the allocation, sharing and efficient utilization of team members to achieve performance objectives, while ensuring quality and consistency
- Ensure clinical, testing and immunization team safety, regulatory compliance, and that Nomi Health’s standard operating procedures and guidelines are followed, as well as ensuring that all team members comply with all local Guidelines and state and local laws and regulations.
- Build and manage a large operations team, clinical leaders and works with team members to create and update SOP’s and Train on SOP’s
- Effectively plan for upcoming events and projects but be ready to execute last minute events
Requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of operational experience, management experience and planning experience
- Highly organized, Strong and effective communicator and a strong leader
- Able to operate in high stress environments, Willing to do anything it takes to execute a mission and Willing to travel frequently if necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Masters of Business Administration level degree or higher preferred
