Please consider being a Guest Service Representative (GSR) with the Nothing Bundt Cakes family. The guest service representative role involves assisting guests in person and over the phone with planning for special occasions, events or an every day family dinner. GSR’s will also perform tasks for the crafting department, some light cleaning and some clerical duties.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Abide by all NbC policies and procedures
• Uphold NbC’s image and brand
• Assist other departments when necessary
• Keep display case in retail area stocked with cakes and sample trays
• Introduce walk-in guests to our bakery and our products
• Assist guests with orders while using creative solutions
• Suggest related retail items, including candles and cards
• Assist phone guests by answering questions and placing incoming orders
• Operate and balance (POS) point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency
• Gather guest’s email addresses for the email club
• Maintain a strong knowledge of NbC’s products, prices, and promotions
• Keep retail area clean, swept, and neatly merchanised, and
• Assist with completing duties from crafting department, as needed, such as making design pieces and bows.

Job Types: Full-time (8am-4pm / 11am-7pm), Part time
