One Medical Member Support Specialists are the masters of the healthcare maze. As a Member Support Specialist you’ll ensure our members are connected with appropriate care channels and the information they need in order to successfully navigate their care journeys. Reporting to the Office Manager and partnering with our providers, phlebotomists, and other non-clinical departments, you will be an integral part of our diverse primary care team, embrace our culture of feedback, and contribute to constant improvement both on a local office level and as a part of your larger district. You will use a growth mindset to navigate the rapidly changing technology and workflows that keep us on the forefront of modern day healthcare, all while providing best in class, human-centered care to our members.
You are a strong team player and use your innovative problem solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. This is a full time position (40 hrs/week) with 8 hr shifts generally taking place between 7am-6:30pm based in Kansas City, MO.
