Responsibilities:

• Produce qualified candidates for open Orion Supply Chain positions in an expedient fashion.
• Collaborate with Orion account managers to understand client staffing needs and develop search strategies.
• Develop high-quality working relationships with candidates in the supply chain field.
• Present compelling aspects of opportunities to candidates.
• Brainstorm with peer recruiters to develop innovative ways of finding and engaging top-notch supply chain professionals.
• Support company sales and marketing efforts with targeted research.
• Utilize Bullhorn applicant tracking system and external premium research tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of truckload brokerage, 3PL services, asset and non-asset based carriers, trucking, intermodal, international freight, and the providers servicing these areas.
• Strong network of companies and individuals in the logistics/transportation space.
• 5 years of carrier/brokerage/3PL experience or broad functional supply chain experience in a corporation.
• Very efficient, driven and results – oriented in a recruiting or sales environment.
• Successful (in top 10% at prior companies) track record of sales/recruiting production.
• Resilient, intellectually curious, high integrity, and driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
