WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Support the creative design of various learning, sales enablement, product, and marketing assets for Oxygen clients .This is an exciting opportunity for junior to mid-level experienced professionals to work with Fortune 100 clients to gain valuable experience and build your portfolio.

Your day-to-day looks like:

• Conceptualizes appealing visuals based on brand requirements, budgets, and deadlines
• Image selection and cropping based upon the format of the marketing asset
• Reviews creative design briefs or asks and determines best action forward
• Reviewing relevant information and materials to determine the best concept for the need
• When required, submit creative assets for approval by our Brand team
• Coordinating with outside agencies, web design team, marketing stakeholders, and colleagues as needed
• Create and design various graphics for primarily digital collateral including: social media creatives (static & motion), imagery modifications, web banners and imagery, illustrations, and using
• Brand visual guidelines to create visual art that represents the topic, industry, and Microsoft solution
• Ensures diversity and inclusion in all creative
• Project managing work to ensure that deliverables are done on time
• Communicating with stakeholders about layout and design best practices as needed
• Reviewing final layouts not produced by our team and suggesting improvements as needed

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE:

• A Bachelor’s/College Degree in Digital Arts, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent experience
• Able to prioritize and work independently in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in visual art production, website design, social media, and multimedia design
• Having personality traits like diligence, growth mindset, responsibility, flexiblity, cooperative, enthusiastic, and focused
• A strong eye for visual composition
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as graphic design, illustration, and layout
• Experience in Photography and/or Videography a plus
• Basic knowledge in front-end web development by using HTML and CSS a plus
• Knowledge in Adobe Premiere and After Effects and 3D Max a plus

DETAILS:
Virtual / Remote. W-2, temporary, hourly position for 3+ months, possibility of extension. Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone. In addition to providing your resume/CV in your application, please include a link to your online portfolio or upload work samples.

Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role $20-$35, hourly. For positions lasting 6 months+, benefits offerings include 100% paid for medical, dental and vision coverage and generous coverage for dependents. Oxygen Experience also offers a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Flexible Spending Account, and a generous paid time-off (vacation, sick, holidays) program. For positions lasting less than 6 months, Oxygen Experience offers accrued paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k)-retirement savings plan after 1,000 hours worked.
