Oversees daily cash operations, borrowings, and the investment of excess cash
Prepare driver-based legal entity level cash forecasts to optimize cash needs and minimize revolving borrowings
Partner with financial planning & analysis team to implement global cash flow (in addition to individual legal entity) forecasting process, manage cadence, and review preparation of cash flow projections
Transact currency risk management and administer related accounting
Handle the administration of debt service (interest and principal)
Partner with tax team to setup-up intercompany loans/netting processes
Lead accounts receivable (credit/collections) and accounts payable departments
Maintain positive banking relationships
Provide analytical support to management and stakeholders on an as needed basis
Manage company refinancing, if needed
Establish standalone processes as part of the planned divestiture of the business
Leading, recruiting and developing talent to create world class treasury function
CPA and /or Master’s Degree in Accounting
Knowledge of treasury processes and requirements with demonstrated ability to work closely with a treasury team on implementing strategic vision
Expert experience managing teams in a global environment for a private equity owned company
Experience with financial systems
Great communication skills
