Pink Piggy Investments Hiring for Real Estate Driver Job at Remote Full Time

Calling all Uber and Lyft drivers that want to make a guaranteed rate every day, at any time of the day, while still having a completely flexible schedule.

Instead of driving for Uber or Lyft, we will pay you to drive around and look for vacant, run-down, abandoned, and distressed looking houses in Baton Rouge, LA, Lafayette, LA, Memphis, TN, and Tallahassee, FL, based on certain criteria. Some things you will look for include peeling paint,
falling gutters, missing shutters, etc.

When you see a run-down house, your job will be to pull over and input the house in an app on your smartphone. The
app is called DealMachine.

We expect to have hundreds of applicants and we are looking for the most detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and friendly drivers. Please expect a small paid assignment that includes setting up the app, and demonstrating ability to
use the app, as part of the selection process.

Fees: Drivers may choose either Tier 1 or Tier 2:
* Tier 1 – Fee per lead = $1.15 per qualified lead
* Tier 2 – Wholesale fee of 10% of the spread of the lead (sale price – purchase price)
