We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to assist PMs with their projects, from manufacturing through commissioning, to help us improve and provide world – class service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

· Documentation, file management and submissions.

· Tracking and management of orders between Spain, the PM and the customer site

· OP and template creation.

· Maintenance of the Commissioning Trackers, Commissioning Map and miscellaneous project specific tasks,

· Attending meetings including: Projects Meeting, Commissioning Meeting, and individual customer/project calls as needed.

· Preparation of project progress reports for senior management and client base.

Academic Education

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, (Prefered but not required)

Requirements

· Any project management experience is a plus.

· The position is located in Gilbert, Arizona. (Relocation assistance).

Soft Skills/ Competencies

· Excellent technical knowledge and sound communication skills, coupled with a dynamic approach to get things done.

· Highly customer focused and success-oriented, flexible and able to work as part of a team.

· High level of initiative and working independently
