PROJECT MANAGER
**Must be willing to relocate to Ottertail, MN or surrounding areas**
POSITION SUMMARY:
The project manager at Precision Landscape is responsible for managing, scheduling projects, and teams through the production process, while tracking materials, time, and budget targets all while ensuring client satisfaction through communication and team effectiveness.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
· Oversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
· Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
· Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
· Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
· Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
· Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
· Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
· Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
· Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
· Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. (Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent preferred).
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry.
· Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Work outdoors in various conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
· Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
· Capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly and assist on job sites as necessary.
· Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials.
