Prima-Temp empowers women to make informed healthcare decisions by identifying real-time and personal predictive biometric patterns. Utilizing the power of digital platforms, women find support and community on Prima-Temp’s comprehensive platform, Kindara, that engages and educates through an interactive community. Our first personal, wearable sensor, Priya, utilizes the gold standard in circadian science, continuous core body temperature (CCBT). We are seeking a talented and experienced person.

We are looking for a talented content manager to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads with results-driven content. You will use your creative content expertise and leadership abilities to drive marketing efforts, manage contracted content marketing projects, and meeting company goals. You will be responsible for the creation and curation of compelling content that strengthens our brand position and generates leads across all channels and assets, including website, email, video, ads, sales collateral, social media, customer references and more. This position plays a critical role in elevating our marketing and sales teams’ ability to dominate in multiple new vertical markets with messages and insights aligned to key Prima-Temp value propositions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

*

• Deliver against a robust content pipeline of nurture emails, video scripts, blogs to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.

• Develop high performing marketing creative assets, including health education, for Direct Mail, Social Media, email, and Website landing pages.

• Write concisely and articulate compelling marketing messages that are easy to understand for our consumers.

• Create, drive, and manage a creative asset library for all levels of the company to utilize.

• Generate written content to increase brand awareness, educate our audience, convert leads and drive demand for Prima-Temp solutions Priya and Kindara.

• Convert technical documentation from product releases and integrations into customer-friendly, easy to understand content to achieve awareness and clarity.

• Serve as primary copy editor to ensure brand consistency, tone of voice and quality.

• Own the content calendar by providing content to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, white papers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).

• Oversee a team of contract writers, video contractors and at times agencies

• Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.

• Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

• Create, collect, and repurpose content to be reused in multiple ways across multiple channels – podcasts, blog posts, email campaigns, videos, social media posts, etc.

• Maintain a positive brand image and reputation on social media

• Build a strong and engaged community on social media

• Assist in creating original ideas to inform the content strategy plan

• Develop and refine creative (and fun!) email marketing strategies

• Collaborate with team to create effective marketing and sales funnels

• Create and maintain systems ,content libraries, processes, and policies to make sure they’re updated, organized and following our quality system

• Track and monitor content marketing efforts consistently and optimize as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• 2+ years of content and/or demand marketing experience and a deep understanding of DTC marketing and demand gen strategies, technologies, and channels.

• Great writing skills and expertise in translating complex stories, research and technical concepts into concise messaging and copy.

• Proven ability to lead a content development discipline from strategic ideation to execution.

• You thrive in a performance driven environment and bring a strong results focus to content development.

• Experience with Hubspot, Facebook, Instagram (IG Live & TV), Webinar Hosting

• Past experience building audiences either online or offline.

Skill Requirements

• You have strong attention to detail, and you’re highly organized

• You’re comfortable using tools such as Slack, Zoom and Hubspot and learning new systems

• You’re collaborative, positive, and proactive and enjoy solving problems

• Experience working with influencers and have experience with live Q&A events and interviews

• You’re highly skilled in project management and using a project management system like Airtable

• Passionate about women’s health and science

• You have experience creating copy that converts

• You’re a great writer and you know it

• You have experience with email marketing (Hubspot workflow experience a major plus)

• Data and metrics are your friends

• You can self-manage consistently and effectively

• You are resourceful and creative with the ability to view new marketing opportunities at every turn

• You are great a putting people at ease and seeing value in everyone you meet

• You love learning, research, teaching and communication in all its forms (video, podcasts, text, social media, you name it)

• Experience with developing creative assets for Health and Fertility is a plus.

• Hubspot email workflows experience a plus

• Experience with video creation
