Busy dental practice seeking energetic office manager! Must have experience in a dental office. Fluent in Spanish a plus!

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee and monitor patient relations
• Oversee daily patient flow and ensure that appointments are scheduled properly
• Support staff as needed
• Manage accounts receivables
• Check insurance eligibility and/or collect payment from patients at time of treatment
• Assign, direct, and manage staff
• Assist with orientation and training new staff
• Assist with HIPAA privacy and security compliance
• Assist with monitoring staff performance
• Assist with coordination of staff huddles
• Assist with staff conflict resolution
• Lead staff by positively interacting with others in the office
• Assist with patient consultations and in preparing treatment plans
• Follow-up with outstanding insurance claims
• Prepare regularly requested summaries of business performance
• Assist with office maintenance as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
