About the Opportunity:

Our client manages private equity real estate investments and provides real estate services for domestic and international clients. They are seeking a skillful Controller who will be responsible for producing financial statements for fund reporting, overseeing external audits, and implementing and maintaining proper internal controls.

Controller Responsibilities:

• Analyzes debt valuations, monitors significant real estate events
• Organize all accounting operational functions
• Arrange and coordinate internal and external financial statements
• Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process

Controller Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or as an accountant manager
• Solid communication, technology, analytical, and management skills
• Very organized individual with the ability to multi-task
