The Social Media Content Coordinator will primarily be responsible for day-to-day coordination of specific social media marketing campaigns and projects. You will need to be creative, well organized and have a keen eye for social media trends. The ideal candidate will be able to present a portfolio demonstrating their creative use of social media campaigns. This is a full-time position and for an individual that is seeking a long-term commitment.

Duties will include :

• Produce creative & fun content for our brands across all social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

• Research and stay up to date with social media trends

• Curating content including images, stories, articles, videos

• Coordinating with the Marketing team to align content strategy, posting schedule, calendar etc.

• Analyze content performance and update content strategy accordingly

• Ensure communication associates are responding to customer comments and questions on Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels

• Report using tools as Semrush, Sprout social. Etc

• Monitor brand reputation across multiple channels

Qualifications and Skills:

• Creative experience and engaging on social media platforms

• Knowledge of Sprout Social, or similar programs to efficiently manage multiple social media postings and networks

• Knowledge of creative software like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

• A solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, friendly attitude.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• The ability to work well independently and in a team setting.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and have the ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
