Quality Life Services Hiring for Assistant Controller Job at Apollo, PA Full Time
Quality Life Services is looking to add an Assistant Controller to our team. As an Assistant Controller you will be assisting our Controller in the oversight of our accounting department and providing support to the accounting team.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing all accounting department activities
- Responsible for month end and year end closings and maintaining corresponding schedules.
- Preparing monthly financial statements for all entities in accordance with GAAP.
- Making adjusting journal entries to support month end closing
- Maintain cash reporting processes in support of the Controller
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Providing accounting support to all companies and employees
- Support the Controller with special projects and assignments
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in management of accounting services
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
This position has some remote work flexibility
