Quantic School of Business and Technology Hiring for Bookkeeper Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a part time bookkeeper (pay rate $20 an hour) to manage all of our bookkeeping activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks Online (preferable QBO certified)
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of professional GAAP accounting and bookkeeping practices
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Entering and paying Accounts Payable (AP) through bill.com
• Must be a spreadsheet expert including vlookups and pivot tables

• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations

• Account Reconciliation

• Handling special projects as required

Requirements

• At least ten (10) years of bookkeeping experience
• Expert with QuickBooks Online
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Knowledge of how to integrate credit card and vendor transactions via QuickBooks online
• Complete understanding of payment application and reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and google sheets
• Strong organizational skills; ability to schedule and accomplish assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Detail Oriented with great organizational skills and ability to successfully produce under limited direction in a fast-moving environment
• Articulate with excellent communication skills as well as grammar and spelling
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Knows how to deliver to deadlines
