Direct Hire Opportunity for an Experienced Human Resource Manager who has managed HR in a manufacturing facility with a minimum of 200 employees.They are known for promoting from within and offer an excellent salary along with benefits. This position will oversee all contingent labor. Must be a leader who can manage a two shift operation both 1st and 2nd. Working hours will be 7am-4:30pm, with some overtime possible. Responsible for leading the Human Resources function for the Rhode Island location by driving a culture of engagement and safety, while leading recruitment, training and talent development, compensation, organizational development, and associate relations processes to meet the business unit’s operational and financial objectives. Handle regulatory compliance, advise on, and develop, and administer programs, processes, structures and tools that impact organizational performance. Full job description discussed in interview.
