Job Summary

Re-Bath by Schicker, the San Francisco Bay area’s premier residential bathroom remodeling company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager or General Manager. We are looking to develop an Operations/General Manager who can not only meet our current needs but also to become a key member in our management team. Candidates must learn the company from top to bottom. Candidates with wide range desired and construction/remodeling experience a plus.

Responsibilities include assist in hiring, training, project preparation, solving client issues, business partner management and compliance, and general management duties. This is a position that requires excellent customer service skills, in person, on phone and via email.

Duties include processing and monitoring sales and collections, preparing documents, analyze department performance, submitting timely, accurate reports to company President, franchise administration of Salesforce based CRM system, general management and fill in for the President, Operations Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator as needed.

The Operations or General Manager must manage all project managers, Operations staff, Sales staff and Construction Crews. Candidate must hit the ground running.

• Excellent Office computer and technology skills

• Excellent Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating system skills
• Full operating knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Map network drives, printers and devices as required.
• Set up mobile devices as needed.
• Strong Salesforce based CRM experience preferred. (Light administration, Franchise level)
• Administration of other users
• Prepare and review custom reports as needed for all departments.
• Open and track service tickets with Re-Bath corporate office as needed.
• Develop and administer system workflows
• Lead Generation Campaigns
• Target/Prospect Call Queue management
• Appointment management and resulting
• Sales recording and collection
• Project management
• Project collection and closeout.
• Maintain and administer company issued technology
• iPads, various cell phones, dropbox etc.
• Can over see company policy throughout implementation.
• Use online hiring resources to find qualified candidates and schedule interviews with President.
• Construction background a plus
• Work with Scheduling Coordinator to determine project estimated lead times from sale to finish.

Experience in Construction / Remodeling company not required but a definite plus.
