Under the direction of the Administrator:
- Conducts all duties related to human resources as assigned by the Administrator, including but not limited to: recruiting, hiring, orientating, onboarding, training, scheduling, and counseling employees
- Ensures that all legal and regulatory employment standards are met and appropriate documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Prioritizes duties to promote optimal staffing levels, comprised of the highest quality team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in human resources or work-related experience preferred
- Must possess outstanding organization and time management skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
- Proficient computer skills required
- COVID-19 vaccination required
