Job Duties

• Create posts for social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Film and produce a weekly vlog starring our Chief Investment Officer

• Assist in creating content and updating websites

• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns (digital, email, ad)

• Design and create client-facing emails using our email service provider, Autopilot

• Create, update, and proofread marketing one sheets for our sales and service teams

• Create, update, and proofread client- and prospect-facing PowerPoint presentations

• Execute on client appreciation, sales, and miscellaneous events

• Research pricing, vendors, etc. as needed and present findings in an organized way

• Assist Marketing Manager with other special projects

Job Requirements

• Strong attention to detail/high degree of accuracy

• Sophisticated communication skills

• Be an organized, multitasking team player who works well both independently and as part of a team

• Maintain a professional demeanor

• Microsoft Office Suite experience (with at least an intermediate skill level)

• A can-do attitude and willingness to rise to any challenge that comes your way

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up on all outstanding projects until they have been completed

• Ability to learn and retain new skills and information with ease

• A passion for problem-solving

Preferred Skills/Qualities

• A passion for grammar

• An eye for layout/design

• Video editing experience (esp. with Adobe Premiere Pro)

• Working knowledge of Google Ads and/or Google Analytics

• Experience working with an email service provider

• Financial services experience

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
