RNa Partners Hiring for Home Health Care Administrator Job at Lincoln, NE Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs the duties of Administrator as defined by the various regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the Home Health Care Services program.
• Plans, directs, and evaluates operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services.
• Maintains current knowledge of the regulations and laws which apply to Home Health Care programs and is responsible for compliance with regulations prescribed by the various regulatory agencies.
• Prepares an annual operating budget for Home Health Care Services in such a manner as to meet corporate goals and objectives.
• Maintains fiscal control of revenue and expenses within the parameters set by the approved operating budget.
• Recruits, employs, and retains qualified employees to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Directs the employment of qualified employees in accordance with Senior/client care needs, regulatory requirements and established job descriptions.
• Ensures employee development including orientation, in-service education, continuing education, and evaluation of employees.
• Assures that skilled nursing and other therapeutic services furnished are under the supervision and direction of a physician or registered nurse.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Health Services Administration required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of three years management experience in Health Services Administration required.
• Two years management experience in Home Health Care preferred.

CREDENTIALS:

• RN license in good standing as recorded on the Nebraska State Registry or other Nurse Compact State required.
• Valid Nebraska Driver’s license (unless otherwise allowed by law) and a good driving record required.
• Must possess auto insurance at or above Nebraska statutory requirements.
• Must meet company’s vaccination requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
