This position contributes to our vision by:
 Provide technical expertise for the evolution of the workstation and the workplace environment tools;

 Design necessary adaptation of recommended products and solutions

 Supports the administration, evolution, and configuration of software, hardware, and application components of the workstation;

 Prepare and maintain the technical and functional documentation (installation and operational procedures)

Requires an Associates degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Science/Engineering and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefers a Bachelor’s degree.

 Computer knowledge; specifically PC hardware, printers, networking, Windows 7 and 10, and Microsoft Office – Advanced

 Excellent written and verbal communications – Advanced

 Requires excellent customer service – Advanced

 Microsoft Windows Server skills – Basic

 Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers, Group Policies, File/Print shares, WSUS, WDS – Basic

 Networking concepts (TCP, UDP, Routing, Firewall, Proxy, ADSL) – Basic

 Desktop security methodologies (encryption, antivirus, desktop security) – Advanced

 Client side VPN and other remote working / management technologies – Basic

 Symantec Backup Exec – Basic

 Strong analytical skills, able to troubleshoot, analyze, and identify actions to improve performance – Advanced

 Able to write technical and functional specifications –Basic
