The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the Human Resources department. The role coordinates the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employees and manager inquires. It is very hands on and interacts with employees and managers as a key point of contact for both related to any/all personnel, timekeeping, benefits, and other administrative items.
