Customer Success Manager
Job Overview
A Scilligence Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty. You will work closely with our post-sales support team and sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and success during product deployment, adoption and renewal, while making sure our existing customer receives the best possible value from their investment in Scilligence informatics solutions.
