Due to our continued to growth, we are seeking a Full-time Therapy Program Director – Physical Therapist (RPT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

We are looking for a proactive leader and caregiver with a positive “team player” attitude and meets the following requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program – Physical Therapist (PT), PTA, Occupational Therapist (OT), or COTA *Current state licensure *Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred *Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills *Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills *Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly
