The Opportunity:

Your role at Sephora… As our Inbound Transportation Analyst, you are responsible to support inbound operations; to include coordination of pick up from vendors, deliveries to 3PL’s and working with our logistics partners in the day-to-day operations. This individual will provide tactical support to update systems for Kohls freight and manage pick up communications with the Kohls Transportation Team. You will be reporting to the Sr Manager, Inbound Transportation & Import Compliance,

Job responsibility.

• Support International partners to meet operational needs: PO timelines, and Kohls pick up
• Serve as main point of contact for Kohls freight pick up
• Expedite, escalate, and resolve day to day operational issues
• Record carrier key performance indicators (KPI’s) for quality logistics performance, timely transit, and operational service.
• Work closely with Sephora Inbound Team to develop and maintain goals and processes.
• Maintain monthly/quarterly service dashboards to assist in forwarder management and performance
• Build and maintain relationships with service providers and SWAK Teams
• Enter and assign Kohls shipment data in TMS
• Ensure compliance with IMDG, IATA and DOT regulations surrounding HAZMAT (Dangerous Goods) regulations
• Work with Vendors to request and record SDS for HAZMAT SKU for Kohls assortments

We would love to hear from you if you have…

• 5+ years’ experience working in Logistics and Forwarding management preferred
• Previous experience with distribution centers and foreign suppliers and providers
• Previous experience or ability to quickly develop proficiency with transportation systems
• Project leadership experience
• Logistics systems user experience (TMS, WMS, Freight Optimization, Load Planning) preferred

• Previous experience in working with a transportation system and/or ability to quickly develop a proficiency in such systems.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate initiative, problem solving and tactical skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with high sense of urgency, manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent customer service and analytical skills
• Ability to understand other functions of the business as the apply to the function
• Proven ability to produce results efficiently and effectively in a fast paced, high stress, deadline driven work environment
• Ability to document and streamline processes and present opportunities for continued efficiencies and cost savings

The target annual base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $73,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
