Serenity is hiring Patient Care Coordinators for our medical offices located in Lehi, UT. This role is critical to our mission of helping people take back their lives from depression and anxiety. You will provide telephone support and positive interactions with our patients. We expect our employees to be patient focused and people centric. This role is all about the quality of the experience and truly helping people. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career and make a difference for those who need it most. Prior medical experience is not required.

Be Excited To

• Provide a friendly, responsive experience to patients.
• Assist patients in scheduling and rescheduling appointments telephonically.
• Collect various patient information and enter using EMR.
• Answer patient questions and educate about the treatments and procedures Serenity provides.
• Present calm and reassuring demeanor for sometimes chronically ill patients.

What We Need from You

• A cheerful personality, professional demeanor, and strong customer service mindset.
• Punctual, dependable, and self-driven.
• Comfortable working with computer-based information systems and EMR experience preferred.
• Excellent grammar and writing skills, and basic math skills.
• Office is open from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday to Friday and 7:00 am – 7:00 pm on Saturday with various shifts available.
