This Senior 3D designer role will be an integral part of the design process. Responsibilities include translating design concepts, layouts, sketches for multiple clients and brands. The role works closely with the design and account teams to build high-quality visualizations, motions graphics, and animations. In addition, the position will support project teams with creative input and technical problem-solving in the development of design elements while ensuring deliverables are completed in an efficient manner. As well as help guide our team and mentor junior designers.

HAS EXPERIENCE

• In at least one major 3D software. Is a must.
• Willing to learn other 3D software.
• Experience with Unreal Technology a plus.
• With a variety of rendering engines, V-Ray, Corona, Arnold, Twinmotion, etc.
• With Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop, After Effects – Illustrator, InDesign, XD a plus.

• Being able to switch between projects across a set of different brands weekly, sometimes daily, as new opportunities arise.
• Offering input and participating in brainstorm sessions and client briefs to better understand requirements and concepts.
• Digesting feedback and turning around deliverables accurately and on time.
• Supporting all areas of design from initial ideation to completion. Receiving and implementing feedback from Creative Directors Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• 5 – 10 years of experience in 3D Graphic Arts, 3D Game Art & Design, 3D Animation, Architecture & Visualization, or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in 3D, Arts, Graphic Design or related field
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• Basic understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, tools and processes, across various touchpoints.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
