Sidekicks is looking to hire individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact and want to be a part of a dedicated team whose purpose is to improve the lives of others through ABA Therapy or Individual Supports through the NJ Department of Children and Families.

Opportunities Available to:

• Provide in-home or center-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
• Provide in-home and community-based Individual Support Services (ISS).

The Purpose of Sidekicks is to Enrich the Lives of Individuals with Disabilities by:

• Engaging in activities of daily living through ABA techniques.
• Discovering areas of interest to ensure meaningful therapy time.
• Acquiring new skills to foster their independence.

Opportunities for advancement within our program are available via mentorship, supervision, training and BCBA supervision of clinical hours for those working towards their board certification.

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license
