Email & Chat – Customer Support Agent – Full Time

Wage: $13/hr

Hours: 40 per week

Shifts Available: All offerings Monday – Friday:

· 8a – 4:30p
· 9a – 5:30p

Location: 618 N 2000 W Lindon, UT 84042 (not a remote position)

Upcoming Training: September 6th – September 20th

What you would be doing:

· Providing technical and customer support for a leader in the crafting industry and maker movement (training provided)
· Fun and fast paced work environment with a tight-knit Support Team
· Advancement possible, with full-time and supervisory positions available

Other Responsibilities:

· Quickly and efficiently correspond with customers via email and chat
· Answer customer questions regarding Silhouette products, software, and websites
· Troubleshoot customer concerns with Silhouette hardware, software, and products

Qualifications:

· Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
· Robust problem resolution skills
· Customer service experience
· Strong communication skills
· Computer savvy
· Able to multitask
· Have a positive attitude and be able to work well on a team
· Local to Salt Lake and Utah Counties (not a remote position)
