In this role, you will:
- Daily Invoice Reviews for Proper Coding
- Daily Expense Report Review
- Responsible for one practice
- Month End Close
- Expense Accruals
- Prepaid Schedules & Entries
- 13 Mo Trailing Expense Fluctuation Analysis
- Reclass Entries
- Stat Entries
- Revenue Entries
- Reconcile Balance Sheets
- Scanning Journal Entries
- Budgets
- Ad Hoc Requests
- Assist Senior Accountants with Entries & Recons
- Adhere to SOX Policies & Guidelines
All you need is:
- Bachelor’s in accounting or Finance Required
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Navigation (formula tracking & creation)
- Organizational Skills & Communication Skills
- Communication Skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
