Job Title: Accounting Manager

General Overview*:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to help oversee general accounting functions. Key responsibilities include managing and preparing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, creation and maintenance of key GL schedules and assisting with day-to-day business activities such as billing. A successful Accounting Manager combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate also has experience collaborating in a team environment, feel comfortable managing people and processes, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be based out of North Aurora, IL.

This position will have a base working schedule of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Extended daily hours may be required depending on accounting deadlines and task completion. The person working in this position will work in an office environment, daily onsite attendance required, remote work is not available. Always maintain company safety standards regarding required personnel protective equipment usage, and safe working practices.
