Specialized Staffing is seeking a Manager for our In-House Marketing Agency. Candidates that can create user-first messaging while backing it up with data-based decision making and monitoring and reporting of ROI will be prioritized. The successful candidate will have experience in B2C marketing, though not necessarily in the Staffing/HR sector.
Ideally, the manager can quickly find a balance between a client’s purported strengths and integrated micro-market factors such as reputation management, boots-on-the ground knowledge, government supplied data and other sourced information to make informed decisions on media purchases, event management and proper messaging to deliver candidates for open light industrial, clerical and professional positions. This involves developing marketing and candidate recruiting strategies for individual business units and clients with emphasis on visibility, candidate friendliness, and extending client branding.
This is a creative position within a company that serves a goal of supplying workforce ready talent to companies in the manufacturing and educational sectors. The successful candidate will be someone with project management, design and copy skills, with an eye towards deadline-driven delegation and remote management of asset creation, design, coding and production tasks when appropriate.
Job Duties Include:
· Lead in creation of digital, media, and printed marketing assets
· Create and maintain social media presence and ad strategy
· Work directly with client marketing teams and local hiring managers to meet their various needs
· Create or assist in creating sales presentations on an as needed basis
· Manage digital & physical signage and event space look & feel
· Write scripts for advertising and talking points for media relations
· Manage vendors producing digital and physical products
· Help plan and execute hiring events
· Coordinate collection of data to calculate ROI of marketing initiatives and present associate feedback to staff and clients
· Maintain company WordPress sites
· Create and maintain simple, functional, graphicly appealing, WYSIWYG web microsites for clients and events
· Analyze demographics and statistics to target ad placement in specific markets and communicate trends to clients and staff
· Have a presence in all markets while building specific demographic knowledge as well as on a needed basis for events and client presentations
· Devise evolving strategies to combat negative audience sentiment to present client messages and increase traffic through new inbound channels
· Manage SWAG inventory and ordering
· Use the company database to direct message candidates and clients
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Creative Writing or practical B2C marketing experience in a retail or service industry in small-to-medium sized markets
· Practical Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency strongly preferred.
· Ability to maintain Brand Standards for company and clients
· Manage multiple vendors for advertising, printing and more
· Understand and be able to utilize and create Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, graphic, video and audio file formats
· Rudimentary Video Production, Editing, Graphic Design and Presentation skills with the willingness to upskill over time to become proficient for day-to-day needs of clients, sales and recruiting managers
