Seeking an experienced, well-rounded HR Generalist to administer human resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Promote equity, fair treatment and positive employee relations. Provide comprehensive HR support to designated client group in the area of employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, conflict management, and leadership. Partner with business leaders to fully understand business issues, and how HR can best support achieving results.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Hours: 10am-7:pm or 11am-8pm
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
